The Complex has remained relatively unchanged since completion in 1914.
It is one of the few industrial complexes from the late 19th/early 20th century still in tact.
The building is registered with the U.S. Government as a National Historic Site.
Gallery space is 6000 square feet and includes two restrooms and a kitchen.
